RESPONSIBILITIE:
Responsible for Company’s al activities of Management Development, administrations, Marketing Development, Quality Control, Site Visit, Checking all structural, Architectural & Working Drawings. Monthly Progress Report & Financial Reports. Liason with RAJUK, REHEB, Honorable Landowner, Suppliers, RHD, PWD, PDB for JVT, Land Acquisition relocation of public utility, resettlement and payment. Checking alignment of bridges. Checking Contractor’s method statement for all stages of Bridge Structure construction and Checking layout plan. Persuasion with local affected peoples for easy shipment of their assets from acquired area. Checking Shop drawings, Checking contractor’s IPA. Liason with expatriates for decision about some critical matter. Participate in Monthly Progress Meting. Checking and Preparation Progress Report. Co-ordination and Assistance to Higher Authority for all concern. Same as related project completed of Roads and Highways Department (RHD), Local Government Engineering Department (LGED).
